Jim Revill has been Superintendent of Schools for the Frost Independent School District since June of 1991. He is a native of Big Sandy, Texas, and a graduate of Big Sandy High School.  He graduated from Tyler Junior College and received his Bachelor of Science from Texas Eastern University in Tyler. He completed his Master of Education in Mid-Management and received his Superintendent Certificate from Stephen F. Austin University.

Revill is married to the former Susan Amason and they have two children, a daughter Erin and a son, Jordan.
